4 Tips About Singapore

Here are 4 tips expats moving to Singapore should know:

Singapore’s public transport system is one of the best in the world. Most expats and locals rely solely on the public transport system to get around Singapore. EZ-Link or NETS Flashpay is required to travel on the system.

A Foreign Identification Number (FIN) is a unique 9-digit code issued to foreigners with immigration or work passes by authorities, you need to apply for one once landed.

Singapore is very close to the equator, so expect the temperature to be hot throughout the year.

Believe it or not chewing gum is banned in Singapore. Only medicinal chewing gum are permitted and is sold by dentists or pharmacists.
